Modern wireless computer networks offer a higher-speed data transmission in the physical layer and usе highly efficient protocols in the Medium Access Control layer. In the A-AFR mechanism, multiple packets are fragmented and then aggregated into a larger frame to be sent, but if errors occur during the transmission, only the corrupted fragments of the frame will be retransmitted.
The aim of this paper is to propose an adaptive mechanism for aggregation with fragments retransmission, to create an appropriate simulator, and to examine performance of this aggregation mechanism, taking into account characteristics of the applications and the traffic in the backbone Internet network. The performance of this mechanism for aggregation is examined through simulations which have been developed within GPSS model. The results confirm the correctness of the proposed approach in developing the A-AFR mechanism.

The article discusses a new approach to the assessment of psychological readiness for learning through the study of the level of higher education students’ social and emotional intelligence development. Personality features, motivation, emotional and social intelligence of Pacific State Medical University students (138 people) are analysed. The necessity of introducing innovative education forms in the education process and that of organizing annual team building activities for freshmen are proved.
The aim of this paper is to reveal and to analyze the causes of children’s difficulties in learning mathematics, and to suggest several games designed to facilitate the processes of perception, analysis and comprehension of the material, and to increase children's interest in mathematics.
The paper describes higher mental functions, emotional regulation and behavior in children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), types and mechanisms of this syndrome as well as approaches to its neuropsychological remediation.

PHILOLOGY
The paper deals with the popular science linguistic texts considering personification to de used as an artistic trope for the explanation of linguistic phenomena and concepts. Semantic features of personification attributes of the basic linguistic concepts in popular science texts are investigated. Some impressive contexts with linguistic personifications suggest considering the process of personification as that of developing and taking new forms of expression. Linguistic research of personification proves it to be a substantial trope, reveals its specificity and gives an opportunity to differentiate it from the other artistic means.
The results of the present research may be applied for developing the methods of linguistic analyses of the text. Furthermore, a lot of the researched materials reflect the popular science style which deserves to be investigated, analyzed and fixed in the glossaries and in the dictionaries of Russian language. Researches of personification and other artistic tropes prove that the popular science style can be regarded as a separate style, which is developping intensively and interestingly. The intensive and permanent researches of the personification depend on this fact.
PHILOSOPHY
The paper provides a social philosophical analysis of the circumstances occurring in local communities under the influence of globalisation. The ways and forms of resisting to negative influence of global processes in local communities are revealed. The new social phenomena caused by global influence are defined. The scale of globalizing processes and the level of global relations and dependence relations interlacing in local communities in different co-operating fields are correlated, the level of network inclusion in the community’s field practice is described. Local communities are represented as topological spaces having various spatial logicians. Research allows perceiving the dimension of the local, measured in scaling, as starting system near to national and global. Local communities are represented not only as global designs of the local, but also as local designs of the global. Globalisation and localisation are represented as parallel processes in local communities. By means of an open statement of a community’s structural logic and of stating the reproductive practice of these structures, the strategy of strengthening the communities’ potential is developped.

ECONOMY
The paper considers an approach to the development of models of multi-level governance development of territories and sectors and spheres of activity. There is presupposition to the horizontal integration of industrial and territorial marketing at each level of a multilevel system of territorial administration of the state. Proposed scheme of vertical deployment marketing of control levels. In the course of analysis of multilevel system of governance, examines three management levels: micro, meso and macro level. At the meso-level management there are three sub-levels: municipal, regional and district. Object of research is social-economic development of territories and sectors of the subject of management. The object of research is marketing as a tool in a multi-tier system of management of territories and industries. The aim of the research is to identify opportunities deployment marketing multilevel system of management of territories and sectors, formation of a scientific approach for the integration of marketing to build a new type of management models. In proof of the feasibility of integration of industrial and territorial marketing are their common goals.
