Abstract
The articlce addresses the spectral capacity change in low-frequency (8 – 10 Hz) and high-frequency (10 – 13 Hz) alpha ranges in reply to the presentation of smell stimuli – subthreshold, threshold and superthreshold concentration of butanol – to 22 girls. The differences in electric brains activity of the girls with different sensitivity to butanol have been found out. The differences in alpha rhythms spectral power were revealed to depend on the girls’ sensitivity and smell concentrations. The girls with high and average sensitivity to butanol react to the subthreshold concentration in alpha high-frequency rhythm.

Abstract
АТМ Asp1853Asn, Lig4 Ala3Val, and NBS Glu185Gln genes polymorphism in two ethnic groups of Kemerovo region (the Shors and the Russians) has been studied. The frequency of minor АТМ1853Asn allele in the Shors group corresponds to the data obtained for Mongoloids (in various world populations) and is significantly lower than the inci dence of this allele in the Russians in Kemerovo region. The frequencies of Lig4¸ NBS1 alleles and genotypes in the. Russians and the Shors do not differ, as stated in the previous research. These data indicates a big share of the Mongolo id component in the genome of the indigenous people of Siberia – the Shors.

Abstract
The paper presents the model of liquid-vapour equilibrium for binary mixtures under isothermal requirements; based on minimization of excess Gibbs energy regarding the parameter of salvation. The mathematical model for activity coefficients allows to spot parameters of azeotropic points and to construct the diagram of liquid-vapour phase equilibrium. The method can be applied to mixtures having of one or several azeotropic points.

Abstract
PCEAS is a forecasting molecular thermodynamic model based on the experimental data about pure components pa rameters. It can feature phase equilibrium of mixtures of different materials (liquid solvents; solid salts and polymers); and also allows to calculate parameters of eutectic and azeotropic points. During calculation the parameters of associa tion and salvation in liquid and in vapour are determined. The universality of the model is proved by the possibility of predicting liquid-solid and liquid-vapour equilibrium at constant pressure.

The author justifies the idea that the distinctive feature of the West is the action of a perfect system of legal norms protecting the autonomy of the individual and their freedom from possible attacks by the state. While in the East, the individual, personal aspects, and their common features related to human dignity are more widely discussed. The article substantiates that in the East the individual freedom is primary in the understanding of freedom, while in the West it is social freedom. Individual freedom is proved to be an important factor of spiritual and general development of the human being. The paper proves that the idea of freedom in the West is based more on rational trends of thoughts, but in the East the emotional side has the priority in the way of life and thinking, rationality is limited. To sum up, the East and the West represent two different peculiar models of the single human process of self-knowledge, sometimes being alternative to each other. The necessity of synthesis freedom conceptualization features identified in the Western and Eastern philosophical thought for the effective implementation of the ideal of freedom of all mankind is being demonstrated.
