Abstract
The researches of Vial Trust, Lamatador and Vitutsit were carried out in Krasnoyrsk forest steppe. Vial Trust, Lamatador and Vitutsit were investigated in a field experiment on infected barley. So were tant mixes of Vial Trast+Taboo in regulated doses recommended for creation of productive agrocenosis. The preparations showed high technical efficiency. The smut infection was liquidated completely. Development of root rot at the phase of bushing out in barley was decreased by 28 – 40 %. The seed mordants promoted the preservation of plants up to harvest. Due to seed mordants a reliable increase in the number of barley plants surviving up to harvest of average 12 – 18 % was observed both in damp and in rather droughty years. The greatest reliable increasedue to the use of the preparations was observed in rather droughty year. In the total of two years the saved crop averaged 5,1 – 7,3 c/hectare, or 19 – 28 %. The use of system fungicides – seed mordants is required for the formation of barley agrocenosis, preserving shoots from smut infections, protection against root gels, increasing in plants survival up to harvest. At the forecast of shoot wreckersactivity it is expedient to include system insecticides in structure of mordants.

Abstract

A new class of game models, called dynamic matrix games (DMG) was introduced in [2] as a generalization of the classical matrix games considering the time factor. Such a generalization seems natural both from the theoretical point of view, the dynamic zero-sum games once being constructed by adding dynamics in the infinite zero-sum games, and from the practical point of view – as the expansion of application field of the matrix games theory. The model of the DMG was constructed in [2], the basic concepts were defined, the class of admissible pure strategies was introduced and the using of minimax principle was substantiated.
The concept of mixed combinated strategies is introduced in this paper; the questions of the necessary and sufficient optimality signs, the existence of optimal strategies and their dynamic stability are investigated in this class of strategies.

Abstract
This review is devoted to such a concept as adhesion. The diversity, in which this phenomenon exists, and many theories describing it create some uncertainty in its definition and, ultimately, its understanding. Understanding of adhesion is of particular interest, especially under the control of strength characteristics of the composite materials. A number of definitions used in the scientific literatureis provided, which allows to distinguish three groups of definitions. The first define adhesion as a property, the second define adhesion a process, and the third define adhesion as a condition. Considering different approaches and theories showed that for composite materials there is a common thing in the definitions of adhesion – the interphase boundary between contacting thermodynamic phases. Thus, the authors conclude that there is currently no clear definition of "adhesion".

Abstract
The paper addresses the image of the bowl as the embodiment of a cultural concept in the works of Alexander Pushkin. The archetypal basis of the image, dating back to the ancient culture is set. Artistic semantics of the bowlis traced in poetic texts of 1811 – 1820. Some specific values ("convivial bowl", "circular bowl", "funeral phial") were identified and compared with the motivic complex of A. S. Pushkin’spoetry forming the semiosphere antiquitie, to explicate the lyrical vision of the world. Pushkin's poetic myth of the bowl is compared with variations of the bowl image in K. N. Batiushkov’slyrics. This allows to see the process of development of the classical heritage in different art systems on the material of one of the key concepts that form the semiotic space of antiquity in the Russian poetry.

Abstract
The paper analyzes the views of V. A. Bogoroditsky and L. Weisgerber on the interconnection between native language investigation and perception of grammar system and mentality of other languages. The novelty of this article consists in comparison of the scientists’ideas about the methods of investigating the native language. The examination of methods of native language investigation allows to formulate the problematics of the grammar «polemics» of V. A. Bogoroditsky and L. Weisgerber. It has been established, that both V. A. Bogoroditsky and L. Weisgerber saw an immediate culture bearer in the language environment. The investigation of these linguistic conceptions is actual for a modern research of the semantic filling of the notion of «linguistic personality». The theoretical significance of the paper consists in the revealing the universal character of the methods, used in the study of the native language and the other ones. The results of comparison of the grammar conceptions will be anticipated by linguists when preparing courses of lectures and conducting special seminars on general linguistics, history of linguistics, lexicology and theory of cross-cultural communication.

In the present work, we continue the study of the properties of edge dislocations in whiskers crystals of silver azide. The suggested arguments do not contradict experimental results, and are in favour of the assumption of the presence of the magnetic moment and electric charge line of the edge dislocation in silver azide. It is shown that the magnetic moment in crystals of silver azide is associated with silver ions, located along the lines of dislocation, which can be neutral, i.e. have a magnetic moment. To identify the edge dislocations the methods of powder figures and selective etchingwere used; to determine the magnetic moment, a methodology was developed based on direct measurement of the magnetic field B0  and the resulting field B, that arises in the process of samples magnetization.

The aim of this research is to identify the mathematical model of consumer behaviour, which would take into account the features of consumer behaviour under the influence of the effect of changes in the value of electronic money. The methods of analysis of the existing research on this issue and experiment are used in the paper. The analysis of mathematical models of consumer behavior was performed. As the results of the analysis, compound probability model, which takes into account psychological peculiarities of consumers’ choice of goods, was created. Based on this model, the author conducted a series of experiments to identify the importance of the components included in the model and influencingconsumers’behavior. The experiments allow to conclude that the psychological effect has the greatest influence on the behaviour of consumers of the three components, further in importance comes the characteristics of goods. And the least influencial on the overall consumers’behaviour is the weight of distribution properties. The results of this study are applicable in practical and theoretical marketing.

Abstract

The paper provides the results of scientific research aimed at defining the place and role of international social communication in the transformation process of the social institution of higher education. International social communication is seen as a socially conditioned process of sending and receiving information in various situations of interpersonal, group and mass intercourse by means of various channels and through various means of communication in the international environment where communication occurs between representatives of more than one country. A specially developed theoretical scheme of the social mechanism of transformation of the social institution of higher education serves as the basis for the presented theoretical research.
Considered as an external factor and as a component of the transformational process, international social communication is capable of stimulating societal and institutional actors to socio-innovative actions, leading to a change in social practices and, thereby, directly modifying the appearance and functions of the social institution of higher education.
