Abstract

Reaction of three onion cultivars to the use of humic growth regulator when soaking the set onion and double watering of plants is established. The preparation Rostok positively affected the biometric indicators of plants, exceeding the control group (where water was used) in the mass of root system, leaves and plants, number, length and surface of leaves by 20–91 %. The better development of root system and leaves at application of the preparation Rostock promoted essential increase in the productivity of onion: the 2-year average of 48 % for Sturon cultivar, 69 % for Stardust cultivar, and 47 % for Carmen cultivar. The diameter and weight of the bulbs were significantly bigger than in the control group: 19 – 22 % and 52 – 56 % respectively.

The authors studied the ecological plasticity of the registered potatoes cultivars in Tyumenregion. It was found that in the hot and dry year 2012 Nevsky, Sarma and Severniy cultivars showed increased yield (23.6 – 31.8 tons/hectar). The years of research revealed consistent yields of Red Scarlett, Rosario and Sarma cultivars. The Early Zhukovsky, Severniy and Tuleevsky cultivars are characterized by high ecological plasticity. Sarma and Tuleevsky cultivars have outstanding palatability.

Abstract

In the laboratory, the effect of oil solutions on the growth and development of oats plants was studied. Liquid oil waste inhibited the physiological functions of the pat body due to loss of viability of the seed embryo. Pollution decreased the photosynthesis pigment content and limited the growth of roots and shoots. For detoxification of wastes and for protection of plants from the negative effects of toxic petroleum products, it is necessary to reduce the concentration of the active ingredients by dilution with water.

Abstract

The paper discusses the originality of art as the creative expression of “soul of culture”. Images of art can be called the “body” of the soul of culture, they are able to express both its primordial and alienated states. Art expresses (it expresses, and does not represent) the external and internal parts of the soul of culture (up to the depth of the essential processes), presenting it in its fullness and integrity. Images of art are the created and creating reality. The “doubling” of reality implemented in the images of art plays an important role in the process of self-revealing, self-identification of the soul of the culture. Art allows the soul of the culture not only to show, issue, hear and see itself, but also to express, to evaluate and to get rid of itself. That is, it is not only a way of expressing the soul of the culture, but also a stage of its evolution. The very creation of works of art is the experience and eradication (through objective value) of the specific emotional experience of culture.

Abstract

Business reputation of legal entities has traditionally been protected by civil law. Protecting the interests of organisations from criminal offences against them is one of the areas in the state’s criminal policy. However, the Criminal Code does not contain a special norm stipulating criminal liability for offences against the goodwill of legal entities. While such offences cause mostly intangible harm, discrediting the goodwill of legal entities as a way of eliminating or suppressing competition becomes increasingly common. Therefore, there is a clear need for banning this particular form of criminal behaviour. The purpose of this study is to identify some social factors calling for rules of criminal law to stipulate liability for crimes against the goodwill of legal entities. The author analyses a number of cases showing legal entities as victims of attacks on their business reputation. The study can be used in law enforcement, research and teaching. The author concludes thatdiscrediting the reputation of legal entities needs to be criminalised.
