Abstract
The paper presents the results of researching the efficiency of forest meadows of the Karakansk ridge depending on fires. The sizes of an underground and elevated biomass with distribution on economic and botanical groups, the species structure and the number of higheer plants species in the four trial areas and in the control option have studied. The secondary (postfire) origin of forest meadows of the Karakansk ridge is defined. The fires were found to be of fluent local type, thus having no impact on the underground biomass, which considerably exceeds the elevated biomass owing to full combustion of the elevated vegetable remains and the laying. The pyrogenic factor promotes decrease in the total number of higher plants species and interferes with renewal of wood vegetationon forest meadows.

The paper addresses the problem of decreasing efficiency of academic staff training in Russian universities. The developed Conceptionof increasing the efficiency of post-graduate and doctoral training at KemSU implies: the creation of the «School of the young scientist»; exhibitions of undergraduates’, graduates’ and doctoral students’ works; organising projects competitions. One of the tools suggested in theConception is a methodological seminar which may help to understand the nature and the structure of the thesis, to see clearly the algorithm of its creation, to find the motivation for the next level of academic qualification. The intellectual gainings of the participants of the first methodological seminar are presented.

The paper presents the analysis of clinico-psychological and dynamic features of organic personal disorder development  in  interaction  with  the  residual  and  organic psychosyndrome.  Research  was  conducted  over  three  years, 115 male teenagers aged 16 – 20 years were studied. The organic personal disorder was studied by a multidisciplinary team of experts with clinico-dynamic,clinico-psychopathological, psychological and clinico-anamnestical methods. The received results allowed to specify the main clinical stages of formation of organic disorder of the personality (on ICD-10), to define the main types at the final stage of its development, to track interaction of the forming psychopathic phenomena with the disontogenetic development caused by residual and organic cerebral pathology. Besides, we attempt to correlate clinico-psychopathological and clinico-dynamic signs to indicators of a residual psychoorganic syndrome in the frame of multiaxial diagnosis.

This paper presents the processes that make a significant contribution to the increase of systematic errors (noise) in developing the acoustic electro-magnetic method. The authors have shown a combination of experimental and theoretical methods destroying these noises and increasing the coefficient of correlation between physical quantities of the method, particularly between adhesion strength and electromagnetic radiation, which is excited by the action of a linear broadband acoustic radiation by adhesive bonding, activated by oriented crystallites of ferroelectric ceramics.

Abstract
Theunbondedcontactproblemofthree-leafspringbendingisconsidered. This problem consists in finding the contact forces in the system of three Bernoulli-Euler cantilever beams. The system is loaded by the force concentrated at the tip of the longest beam. In the absence of loading the beams are straight and fit each other closely. There is no friction between the beams. The rigorous problem statement is formulated, the uniqueness of solution is proved and the analytical solution of the problem for the arbitrary lengths of the leaves is constructed. This construction simultaneously proves the existence of the solution. The obtained solution generalizes the known solutions for the special cases. It is shown that only two contact patterns are possible: the forces at the tips of the leaves and the same with the additional force between the long leaves. The new integral representations for the nearest leaves distances are used for the validation of the analytical solution. The obtained results can be used for the leaf springs design.

The lexical meaning is a very complex structure. Different researchers distinguish different amounts of elements in its structure. There are also multiple approaches to defining connotation. The notion of connotation is unclear and indistinct. This term has numerous synonyms. The most broadly, connotation means additional information. Connotation is also some kind of figurative meaning in speech, as it reflects the native speaker’s associations and cultural traditions. Connotations and associations of the adjective ‘grey’ vary due to the ambiguous attitude to it.

Abstract

Vagueness and its expression in Modern English have not been investigated in details. This problem dates from the treatises of Ancient Greece philosophers, who laid the foundations of vagueness. The notion of vagueness or imprecision, its substance as well as thefinal list of linguistic means ofits description have not been identified so far and vary considerably with the researchers. Modern linguistics associates vagueness with the reference theory which is based on B. Russell’s denotation ideas.
The author of this paper is making an attempt to describe some linguistic means of vagueness expression – referential imprecision in particular – analyzing texts of some English advertisements. As a result of the research, it was found out that copywriters deliberately use referential imprecision while writing advertisement texts just to hook the reader and to involve them in speculations about the potential referent or antecedent of the offered advertisement texts. Since the target audience of such texts is diverse, vagueness helps copywriters to achieve the target – toincrease the variety of possible interpretations of the advert texts and the amount of potential buyers.

Synthesis of Fe-Co nanopowders (NP) is researched. NP are prepared by reduction of metal precursors in water solution with hydrazine-hydride, including the stage of intermediate preparation – mixed metal hydroxides (MMH). Phase and crystalinity structure of intermidiates and NPs are investigated by method of X-ray diffraction. Both intermediates and were studied; the results prove that the degree of transformation of the intermediate into nanometals is controlled by synthesis circumstances.

Abstract
Nanostructured metal-carbon composites (NMCC) have been prepared by reduction of HAuCl4 in pores and upon external surface of carbon matrix. The influence of different factors on dispersity of metallic phase has been investigated. NMCC phase composition and average crystallite size were determined by X-Ray Diffraction Method. Functionsof particles sizes distribution were calculated on Small-Angle X-Ray Scattering curves. Porous structure parameters were estimated on the basis of adsorption-desorption isotherm of nitrogen at 77 K. Optimal conditions of NMCC production preventing significant decreasing of specific surface and pores volume of carbon matrix during their filling with gold nanoparticles were established.

Abstract

In the conditions of transition of the world community to a sustainable development, the increase of problems of economic, ecological and social character in Russia demands finding essentially new approaches to formation of national system of public management of the processes of ensuring quality of life as the most significant factor in ensuring national security. The substantial analysis of the existing methodological and theoretical approaches to public management in the corporatism, neocorporatism, institutionalism, neoinstitutionalism, and public choicesciences schools and that of cognitive and network approaches showed that the attention of scientists is generally concentrated on private aspects of public management. The variety of the existing approaches and the tasks solved by them and as specifics of the chosen object of research (the system of public management as processes of ensuring quality of life in socio-economic systems) demands elaboration of a methodological approach to formation of an essentially new national system of public management on an interdisciplinary basis.
The research bases on the system, subject and object, institutional, evolutionary and other methodological approaches, which is explained by the need of considering public management of processes of ensuring quality of life in the social and economic systems as a complex yet single phenomenon.
The result of the research is the substantiationfor the methodological approach on the interdisciplinary basis, integrating in itself economic, sociological, anthropological, ecological, biosphere-centred and political and legal approaches at various levels of hierarchy of the system of public management, which is determined by the structural complexity of the category of quality of life.
The received results can be used by authorities and management bodies of all levels in the course of modernization of the existing system of public management for processes of ensuring quality of life, for the formation of its principles, strategic objectives and tasks.
