Gene polymorphism hOGG1Ser326Cys and ADPRT Val762Ala in two ethnic groups of the Kemerovo region (Shors, Russian) has been studied. The frequency of minor alleles: hOGG1 Cys and ADPRT Ala group Shors corresponds to data obtained for Mongoloid (in various world populations) and significantly higher than the incidence of these alleles in a group of Russian Kemerovo region. These data indicate a high specific weight of the Mongoloid component in the genome of the indigenous people of Siberia - Shor.

In this article we have a look at the development of public health service in the Kemerovo region in the period of transformations in 1985 - 1991 years. The analyses of archival documents and statistical information indicates that during the period of Perestroika, the changes that were very good studied at theoretical level, were taking place very slowly in practice. In article the psychophysiological portrait of students of high school depending on a social type is presented. 494 girls of 18 - 20 years - students of naturally-scientific and humanitarian faculties are studied. On the basis of the digital test all surveyed students have been divided into four groups: humanists, researchers, socials and managers. The carried psychophysiological investigation of different groups of social types has shown that managers are characterized by high indicators of memory, attention, intellectual working capacity, mobility of nervous processes, verbal thinking, a resistance to stress, motivation to success, a tendency to domination, but average technical abilities that has as a result provided high level of socially-psychological adaptation. For socials the expressed motivation to success, mobility of the nervous processes, the high verbal thinking is characteristic, at a low resistance to stress, tendency to domination and technical abilities; indicators of memory and efficiency of work were at average level. Researchers possessed a high resistance to stress, semantic memory, attention, and technical abilities, mechanical and figurative memory, mobility of nervous processes and efficiency of work at the average level. At humanists the described indicators were at average and low levels.

The article presents results of experimental investigation of nomination acts of new language objects, through the construction of a propositional-frame structures that reflect the interaction potential of a language system with knowledge of native speakers in the language creativity form.

In this paper the complex units of word-formative system are analyzed. We distinguish the numerical and structural composition of these units from their cognitive entity. To appropriately expose the mechanisms of generation and storage of knowledge the complex units such as wordbuilding type and family of words are used. Wordbuilding category is one of the most profound in this respect, it is also important for the derivatology as a metalinguistic unit. The framework of this category enables the researcher to trace the interactions of different wordbuilding types.

The relation of the definitions meaning and sense of a word and their semantization in the expressions of the speakers is analyzed on the basis of psycholinguistic experiment data. The analysis of the relation between these linguistic categories allows to put forward the following hypothesis: any interpretation of the word meaning in dictionaries reflects only a part of all sense characteristics referred to linguistic sign, whereas, the potential sense has a lot of opportunities of realization in speech.

The authors analyze the interrelation between the intensity of different types of agents' interaction and their innovative activity. The concept of co-evolution of economic agents is taken as a basis for classifying types of their interaction. The article shows that the growth of unproductive interaction intensity has a negative impact on innovative power of economics at all its levels. It was found out that the intensity of productive forms of interaction is positively connected with innovation only at the macro level, however at the micro and meso levels the relation between the intensity of productive types of interaction and innovation is represented in the form of an inverted U-curve.
