Abstract
The analysis of sequence of flight during migration of adult and young birds of different perching birds groups has been performed. Three basic types of migration were revealed: 1. adult birds depart before the young; 2. both age groups begin migration simultaneously, but adults as a whole migrate faster; 3. Birds join in large tlocks before the flight and stick together along the whole route.

In the middle of the 1940s - early 1950s, only one officially registered Jewish community existed in the Khabarovsk Region; that was in Birobidzhan. All the other communities acted illegally. Khabarovsk Jewish community was one of the largest. The government line towards religion and national politics of Stalin's regime predetermined the events connected with the Jewish communities in Khabarovsk Region. The campaign against cosmopolitism in the USSR (1949 - 1953) particularly influenced the communities.

The mass resettlement in Siberia in 1906 - 1914 was to unloaded the rural crisis in the center of the country. By 1900 superfluous peasants amounted 23 million of people. The quantity of the convenient lands suitable for agriculture in Siberia was not enough to provide all people with the lands they wished. This fact was not taken into account by Stolyipin's government. By 1914 the fund of settlement lands was exhausted.

In the article the "Rules about resettlement on the state earths", edited in 1906 are considered. The "Rules" regulated the order of allocation of the land for resettlements, the sequence of receiving immigrants' permissions, the amount and kinds of the state privileges and grants, the conditions of settling in new territories. The author underlinesthe the allowing character of the applied policy, the prevalence of the state interest in regulation of resettlement, the excessive plurality of bureaucratic instances, the uncertainty of granting money loans to immigrants that created possibilities for the official corruption.

Abstract
In the article the theories of knowledge and opinion are examined in the aspects of their using in expert research. They separate the statements of facts and estimated judgments. In the first part of the article the conclusion is drawn about contradiction of the epistemological understanding of knowledge and opinion from the gnosiological point of view which is widely spread in linguistics and linguistic expertology. A thesis is suggested proving the necessity to solve the problems of differentiation of statements of facts and estimated judgments without reference to the epistemological theory in its interpretation exsting in linguistics and expert practice. The second part of this article is the potential of conception of knowledge and opinion as the mental states of human consciousness for describing such situations of communication, which are regulated with a legal norm, is examined.

The article analyzes the history of Thomas Gray's «Elegy Written in a Country Church-Yard» translation in terms of pragmatics and intercultural communication. Several stages of elegy perception in the Russian literature have been reviewed: the translation of an abstract, literal (word-for-word) translation, translation influenced by masonic philosophy, liberal translation. Famous Zhukovsky's «Selskoe kladbische (Country Church-Yard)» translation has been studied in the context of historical perception of this literary work in Russia.
