Abstract

Utilization of sewage sludge is the problem of many cities. But the presence of heavy metals in them is the main problem for their use as components of fertilizers and as a part of soil composition. In vegetative experience, the use ofTyumentreatment facilities sewage sludge as a part of soil composition was studied. It is established that test culture sprouts experienced suppression when sprouted on the 3:1 mix of sewage sludge and peat, an essential decrease in all biometric indicators was observed. The 3:1 mix of soil with sewage sludge has an essential negative effect on the energy of sprouting and the length of root system. The three-component 2:1:1 mix of soil + peat + sludge the sprouts significantly exceeded control in the mass of root system and mass of sprouts. Thus, sewage sludge can be used as a part of soil composition of 2:1:1 soil + peat + sludge mix. The pure sludge form and the 3:1 mix with peat can not be used because of the increased amount of heavy metals.

Abstract

The paper deals with change and disturbance of land caused by development and operation of coal deposits. The authors discovered some zonal-geographical regularities of distribution of disturbed lands on theterritoryofKuzbass. Basing on the analysis of the heterogeneous and multi-level information, the territory of theKuznetsk basinis divided into several areas for priorities of reclamation. Taking into account the location of the coal-mining enterprises, the nature of the pollution and sanitation, the bio-reclamation zones were allocated. The authors give a detailed description of the bio-reclamation areas. These data will allow to choose the method of land reclamation depending on the specifics of the zone, so that it most closely corresponds to creating landscapes with high productivity and significant social and economic value.

Abstract

The paper presents a study addressing the issue of efficient use of a graded approach in group fitness training classes for women aged 21 – 35. It allows optimal selection of tools and load parameters during shape correction training for women with respect to the shapes in letter classification. The purpose of the study was to develop a methodology for a healthy shaping workout for women aged 21 – 35 using a graded approach. Research methods used include: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature; visual shape assessment; anthropometry; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. To achieve the goal of correction individual problems were solved in each subgroup of women. For women with X-type shape, the main task is uniform reduction of fat in the upper and lower parts of the body. For women of A-type the goal is to build the upper body and reduce hips. For women of N-type the goal was to reduce the waist and shoulders improving the shape of the buttocks, for the T-type – reduction of the upper body and improving the shape of the buttocks. The results showed that the developed method of body-shaping fitness workout for women aged 21 – 35 years using a graded approach, taking into account the shape type in letter classification enables effective correction of the composition and volume of the body. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the developed and tested methodology can be used by instructors in the fitness clubs in the group and individual in fitness training lessons aimed at correcting women’s physique.

Abstract

The modern situation of society development requires considering new family factors that affect the psychological development of the child. One of them is the family wealth. The aim of the study was to compare the functions of the front parts of the brain of preschoolers brought up in the families with different wealth levels. The functions of the front parts of the brain are connected with the third block of the brain which is the block of programming, regulation and control, as well as that of the serial organization of movements. The methods of neuropsychological examination developed by A. R. Luriya and provided with a quantitative assessment of the group of authors headed by T. V. Ahutina were used in this research. In the empirical study we examined the difference between the functions of the front parts of the brain of preschoolers brought up in the families with high, medium and low wealth level. The results indicate the differences in the maturity degree of the functions of the front parts of the brain of the children brought up in the families with different wealth levels. Namely, the influence of the family wealth on the development of the functions of the front parts of the brain is linear: the higher the family wealth is, the better the performance of the functions of the front parts of the brain of preschoolers is.

Abstract

The paper analyzes the reasons for the change of the vibrational spectrum of matrix-isolated substances. It is shown that one of the reasons for the spectrum change is the filling of space in the real crystal lattice by impurity atoms. Impurity atoms complete the crystal lattice of inert gas to a pseudocrystal, which is reflected in the Raman spectra. Another reason for the spectral parameters change of the impurity bands observed upon annealing argon matrix is caused by its restructuring and activation of diffusion processes with the formation of molecules associate impurities.

Abstract

The research focuses on silence as a major component of verbal communication. The object of the research is contexts containing markers of silence. The research is aimed to distinguish the language means used by writers to describe the situation of silence and ways to withdraw from silence, as well as factors causing silence. In the course of the research the author analysed the texts of the Siberian writers: V. Shukshin, V. Rasputin and A. Vampilov. As a result of the research two groups of factors causing silence were distinguished: silence caused by emotions and silence caused by a particular state of the speakers. Besides, statistical analysis helped define the major causes of silence. The authors describe the situation of silence through verbs. The analysis of the situation of silence helped define this situation as nonstandard, as the subject of silence withdraws from silence with effort. Withdrawal from silence can be spontaneous, accompanied by tears; the subject of silence changes their speech tempo and tone, changes their posture or location, uses their hands. Thus, despite being conscious, the situation of withdrawal from silence is border-line: the speaker changes both inwardly and outwardly.

Abstract

The paper presents word pictures of statues as special spatial objects within a “German” chronotope described in Sasha Chorny’s poetry. Besides, they act as a satirical reimagining of genii loci and embody distinctive features of this locus. Inanimate and animate natures in Sasha Chorny’s poetry interact with each other. As a consequence, the motive of a dangerous coming-to-life statue becomes actual within the German locus. Human characters get statuesque features for their part. The statue as idol could be also desacralized in the philistine locus. In this case the mysterial story of epiphany is inverted turning to burlesque.

Abstract

Analyzing the interaction of man and society, the authors draw attention to the fact that today a person is in the state of two mutually exclusive modi of their existence. One is defined as a modus of extreme individualism, whose expanding overely leads to narcissism and egocentrism, the other one – as profound depersonalization, leading to the loss of their way of integrity, apathy, mental anemia and helplessness. Extreme individualism is demonstrated by the new type of modern man, whose sign is Narcissus. Narcissistic personality type is a symbol of transition from limited to full individualism. The paper emphasizes that the narcissistic man has lost the meaning and significance of social origin; if not lost totally, it is displaced towards the hedonistic interpretation. Abstract

The paper considers the problem of the beginning of human history. Man is defined as soul (homo animus), anthropogenesis is regarded as the Genesis of the soul, the beginning of history – as the emergence of human entelechy soulitself: thinking, active, aesthetic, religious, moral. The Genesis of man is the history of the gathering, the actualization of his soul. The soul is developed gradually and heterochronically: first, the thinking-active aspect is triggered, then sensual (aesthetic) perception awakens, then – supersensual (religious), hereinafter referred to as moral distress. One after another and in communication with one another, the emotional entelechia reach sufficient maturity. The design of the most important entelechy and their integration allow us to speak about the formation of the soul (and therefore human) as the integrity. People cannot be reduced to one part, albeit important; a ‘quarter’ of a person (soul) is not the person (the soul). The Genesis of the soul as integrity takes about 2.5 million years, having finished about 30 thousand years ago; it is to that time the evolution of pre-man into man can be attributed, and hence, so can the beginning of actual human history.

The paper is devoted to the identification of possible scenarios of development of the market of individual housing on theterritoryofRussia, with the aim of identifying the most promising motion vector. In the process of considering this question four scenarios were identified: inertial, pessimistic, optimistic and innovative. It should be noted that a primary role in the implementation of the scenarios is played by the state, by not only creating a favourable background for the development of this market, but becoming an active participant in the field of legislation, the provision of infrastructure and the formation of public policy. The comparative analysis revealed that to achieve the goal ofRussia’s becoming innovative, through the development of human potential, it is necessary to implement the innovative scenario of the individual housing market, which is impossible without the participation of the state.

Abstract

The paper considers the problem of jurisdiction of electoral disputes related to the terms as they relate to the issues of exercising law, restoring the rights of elected officials and candidates for elective office. The author analyzes the judicial practice of courts of various levels and draws the conclusions about the problems of the modern electoral process in relation to the discussed problem. The paper provides the classification of electoral disputes and jurisdiction. From the perspective of a broad understanding of the institution of elections, the author defines the role of the jurisdiction of theRussian Federationin the resolution of disputes related to the terms in the electoral law. It is concluded that the time spent on disputes within the definition of jurisdiction actually puts an end to the already difficult restoration of the term in the electoral law. According to the author, there is a serious risk of exercising law in such cases. It is ambiguous terms and rules of jurisdiction that can be the tool for using law in order to bypass the law, to do a “favour” to a particular candidate or party, trample the meaning and spirit of the law, the very institution of elections.

Abstract

The high rate of economic development thatSouth Koreahas been demonstrating since the early 1960s is the point of interest for many researchers. However, the diligent and successful research of “South Korean miracle” is not possible without studying the nation’s mentality whose outstanding characteristics can be discovered in people’s diligence, in national history and artifacts, in folk art, forms of worship, traditions and language. In the process of studying the history of Korean mentality formation the author comes to conclusion that “the South Korean Miracle” could not happen without several fundamental characteristics of Korean mentality such as tremendous hard-working spirit, strong national identity, collectivism, thirst for knowledge, pragmatism and pursuit of material well-being what were formed in the process of history under the influence of geographical, socio-economic, political, cultural and religious factors.
