Abstract
The history of creation of All-Russian Service for Disaster Medicine (ARSDM) as a branch of health service, its structure and functioning on federal, inter-regional, regional, municipal and facility levels are presented. Matrix -vector form of recording the algorithm of implicit iteration line-by-line recurrence method is proposed for solving five-diagonal matrix systems of linear algebraic equations with a positive type matrixes. Structure of a resultant operator converting original system to the one with an about upside triangular matrix is deduced by means of stepwise stable transformations. Spectrophotometric methods of determination of the peroxynirite ions and the nitrite ions in photolysed alkali and alkali-earth nitrates are suggested. Determination of peroxynitrite is carried out by reaction with iodide at pH 6-7.
