Effective relaxation subgradient optimization methods for nonsmooth functions are based on algorithms for solving systems of inequalities, which are focused on computing the descent direction for the next iteration of the main algorithm. Iterative algorithms, called learning algorithms, can be used to find the solution of such inequality systems. In this paper we propose and study multi-step methods which use orthogonalization of sequential directions to accelerate learning process convergence.

Matrix games have rather extensive practical application. As decision-making processes in social and economic and other systems have dynamic nature, there is a necessity of generalization of matrix games class so that time factors were considered. Dynamic matrix games are built in the form of a multistage problem of conflict control. New class of strategies (k-strategies) are introduced. Concepts of optimal pure k-strategies, optimal trajectory and value of game are defined. The use of minimax principle in dynamical matrix games are substantiated. Sufficient condition of existence of unique optimal trajectory is found. Dynamical stability of optimal trajectory is ascertained.

Accordingly in the classification we select the zone of the speaker and that of the listener. The study was conducted in a comparative perspective: stylistically different newspapers - "Moskovsky Komsomolets in Kuzbass," and "Izvestiya" - were chosen as the material. Uneven distribution of frequency of using different types of euphemisms is registered. This allows us to conclude that not only form of speech, communicative intentions, competence of the speaker and the listener, but also the status of publication, and the readership implement to speech tactics of the speaker and the listener in the aspect of using euphemisms.
