THE INTEGRATED MODEL OF ORGANIZATIONAL LOYALTY

Abstract

The paper provides a literature review of the approaches to defining 'organization loyalty' and synonymous concepts: «satisfaction», «engagement», «identification» and «commitment». As the result, the integrated model of organizational loyalty is suggested, based on the definition of relationship between the terms.
