ИНТЕГРАЛЬНАЯ МОДЕЛЬ ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННОЙ ЛОЯЛЬНОСТИ ПЕРСОНАЛА
Аннотация
В статье содержится литературный обзор подходов к определению организационной лояльности и близких по значению терминов, таких как «удовлетворенность», «вовлеченность», «идентификация» и «приверженность». На основании описания конструктов понятий сформирована интегральная модель лояльности персонала и выявлена взаимная зависимость синонимичных определений.
