На основании описания конструктов понятий сформирована интегральная модель лояльности персонала и выявлена взаимная зависимость синонимичных определений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper provides a literature review of the approaches to defining 'organization loyalty' and synonymous concepts: «satisfaction», «engagement», «identification» and «commitment».
