MODERNING MECHANISMS OF INVESTMENT AND CREDIT ACTIVATION OF FIXED ASSETS RENOVATIONIN THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY
Abstract
The etymology of the term of “moderning” is connected to change and renovation any old substance for something modern and qualitatively new. So, the moderning of the economy as an imperative for market reforms in Russia is impossible without investment and credit activation of fixed assets renovation.
