THE ANALYSIS OF THE CONDITION OF TRAINING TOURISM INDUSTRY STAFF IN KEMEROVO REGION
Abstract
The paper is devoted to the problem of training staff for the modern industry of tourism inKemerovoregion. Results of the poll with higher education students majoring in Tourism, and headsKemerovoregion tourist enterprises reflect various aspects concerning the problem of staffing. The main of them are: employers’ requirements to potential workers, the personnel problems influencing quality of services in tourism, the professional qualities necessary for successful employment to the sphere of tourism, an assessment of tourist education level in the region, etc. The authors emphasize necessity of special attention to the issues of vocational training and tourism industry staff retraining for ensuring high level of the offered services.
