DEVELOPMENT OF THE INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR MONITORING E-LEARNING IN UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

The paper presents an information system of monitoring of e-learning in the higher education institutions, and intended for complex information and analytical ensuring processes of monitoring of the current level of development of e-learning in higher education institutions and level of their potential readiness for participation in the interuniversity educational projects assuming application of e-learning.
