PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CULTURE OF A HIGHER SCHOOL LECTURER AS A FACTOR OF STUDENTS' PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IMPROVEMENT

Abstract

Nowadays in modern higher professional school of Russia the role of lecturers has increased greatly. The lecturer influences the students not only with the opportunities of the subject they teach, but also with their personality. That’s why the requirements for lecturers also grow, especially concerning their personal features, working capacity, morality maturity, psychological and pedagogical culture improvement.
