THE U. S. AND THE EUROPEAN UNIONNATIONAL DEBT, ITS STATUS AND PROBLEMS
Abstract
The paper considers the development trend of national debt and its status in the United States and the European Union. The measures taken by governments and heads of state for the optimization of national debt were analyzed, their impact on further development of the economy was considered. The basic ways to achieve the stabilization of national debt level were outlined.
