TECHNOLOGY OF IMPROVINGUNIVERSITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Abstract
The paper is devoted to the improvement of university management on the basis of innovations and information technology. The works of contemporary scholars on improving the effectiveness of university management system are analysed, principles of perfectionare revealed, and further steps in introducing the technology of improvinguniversity managementsystem are described: construction of a process model, strategic choice of informatizationplatform, search for problem areas and control over them, search for optimal solutions , process model adjustment, planning and introduction of innovations and information technology.
