THE PARTIES TO LABOUR’S QUALITY CONTROL
Abstract
A sociological study carried out in Western Siberia found that in organizations of the region, a system of social relations is formed, ensuring the high-fidelity conduct of the technological process. The parties to such relations are: organs and office holders of general and special competence, the employee (a particular practician), the primary production collective. Their rights and duties are fixed in local normative legal acts which can be divided into four groups.
