Abstract
В статье обсуждается образовательный потенциал программ автоматизированного перевода при обучении английскому языку в университете. На материале «параллельных» текстов рассматриваются типичные ошибки и неточности компьютерных программ перевода, а также способы развития переводческой компетенции студентов.
The paper discusses the training potential of computer-aided translation when teaching English at university. Typical inaccuracies and errors as well as ways of improving the translational competence of students are considered on the basis of parallel texts.
