PROTECTION OF THE LABOUR RIGHTS AND MOTIVATION OF THE PERSONNEL

Abstract

The modern approach to a management of the personnel assumes actualization of such direction as rational use of human resources of the organization. In this plan prominent aspect of the work with the personnel is the motivation of labour activity of workers. In the article problems of interrelation of protection of the labour rights of the worker and the level of its motivation are considered. The data of researches confirming dependence between infringement of the labour rights of the workers and their demonization, between observance of labour norms and motivation of workers are cited. Conclusions concerning importance of the account of the given dependence in practical activities are drawn, and also necessity of strengthening of a role of the trade-union and other public organizations, called to protect the labour rights of workers is underlined. The employer and trade-unions should carry out investigations in the field of interdependence of observance of the labour rights and motivation of workers to receive a real estimation of consequences of the infringements influencing labour behaviour of the worker.
