MILITARY TEACHER AS A CREATOR OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY OF STUDENTS, WHO HAVE LESSONS AT SENIOR DIVISIONS OF THE CIVIL UNIVERSITIES BY PROGRAM OF THE RESERVE OFFICER TRAINING

Abstract

The article is devoted to definition and analysis of requirements to the quality of personality and pedagogic mastership of a military teacher, dealing with training of reserve officers for the military reserve of the Russian Federation. There were analyzed similarity and differences of requirements that are made on the civilian and military teacher as well, considered peculiarities of discharge of duties by the instructor officer.
