Социальные отношения в трудовом коллективе
Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены некоторые аспекты социальных отношений в трудовом коллективе и даны результаты исследования, имевшего целью изучение предрасположенности работников к конфликтному поведению, социально-психологического климата и эмоционального давления на сотрудников в трудовом коллективе в рамках конкретной организационной структуры.
