COMPETENCE MODEL FORMING OF GRADUATING STUDENT WITH ECONOMIC PROFILE TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE CRISIS PHENOMENON

Abstract

In article the questions, concerning formations of model competence graduates of higher educational institutions are considered. The model competence represents a combination of personal qualities of the graduate and its professional skills. In article comparative results of research of tendencies are reflected in a labour market of Russia and a regional labour market. Also comparison competences which are considered important by graduates, with a set competence, important from the point of view of employers is spent.
