EFFECT OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE TRAINING OF QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS IN HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

Introduction to Quality Management System (QMS) in the work of educational institutions is called up to provide conformity of activity of the institution to requirements of a labour market. The higher education in medical area has the certain complexities. The quality management system allows improving quality assurance of preparation of specialists, as applied to medical university - the quality of preparation of physicians. It is necessary to raise the level of training of medical doctors in Russia. As a comparison, an example of training of dermatologists in Israel is proposed. The article directions of implementation of QMS in order to achieve the required level of quality in the training of the future medical specialists are offered.
