Abstract
The article analyses the specific characteristics of the official text structure as revealed in the text of the order. One
of the most specific structural characteristics of the official text is modularity, which aids effective processing of official
information and sustainable allocation of this information in the texts space, which facilitates convenient and effective
perception of the official text. The author suggests the logical semantic principles of text segmentation to be the basis
for the module fragments identification in the official text.
