DEVELOPMENT AND USE OF COMPETENCY MODEL OF INDUSTRIAL UNITS’ MIDDLE MANAGEMENT FOR FORMING PERSONNEL RESERVE

Abstract

The paper describes the experience of forming personnel reserve of industrial units’ middle management within the competence-based approach by using and adapting the existing competency model of senior management. The article presents the procedure for developing and adapting a competency model of middle management.
