THE HISTORY OF RESTRUCTURING COAL MINING INDUSTRY IN KUZBASS (1994 – 2012): ACHIEVEMENTS AND COMPLICATIONS
Abstract
The article focuses on cardinal transformations in the basic industry of Kuzbass – coal mining. The author analyzes the reasons for industry transformation and the main problems encountered at each stage of implementing the restructuring programme. The achieved results as well as the actions required to complete the process are listed by the author.
