THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF STUDYING MONOLOGUES OF PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH MENTAL RETARDATION

Abstract

The paper analyzes the features of monologues of primary school students with mental retardation that were revealed in the process of speech therapy survey, the authors define the criteria for assessing the level of monological speech development. The paper reveals the influence of the level of monological speech development on mastering the requirements of educational process in classes of correctional and compensatory education.
