THE INFLUENCE OF COAL ENTERPRISES STAFF QUALIFICATION ON THE LEVEL OF EMPLOYEE TURNOVER AND INDUSTRIAL INJURIES

Abstract

The paper deals with the problem of high staff turnover on coal enterprises. The author focuses on the calculation of economic losses caused by high turnover of unskilled employees, stating that professional development of employees can influence turnover reduction and reduce the number of injuries and accidents. The paper aims at conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of the company’s fired workers. Accordingly, the author concludes that the lower the level of employees’ qualification is, the bigger is their desire to change the job.
