YOUNGSPECIALISTS’ JOB SEARCH: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
Abstract
The paper addresses the analysis of the problem of employment of young specialists graduates of professional institutions. The youth is the human potential of the country, which is why employment and youth employment are a national issue. The disbalance in the labor market and the education market is one of the causes of youth unemployment. The solution to this problem is possible only from the perspective of a comprehensive and systematicapproach.
