INCREASING THE EFFECIENCY OF HIGHLY QUALIFIED ACADEMIC STAFF TRAINING AT KEMEROVO STATE UNIVERSITY
Abstract
The paper addresses the problem of decreasing efficiency of academic staff training in Russian universities. The developed Conceptionof increasing the efficiency of post-graduate and doctoral training at KemSU implies: the creation of the «School of the young scientist»; exhibitions of undergraduates’, graduates’ and doctoral students’ works; organising projects competitions. One of the tools suggested in theConception is a methodological seminar which may help to understand the nature and the structure of the thesis, to see clearly the algorithm of its creation, to find the motivation for the next level of academic qualification. The intellectual gainings of the participants of the first methodological seminar are presented.
