Аннотация

Настоящая работа посвящена роли информационных технологий (ИТ), исследованию проблем внедрения, развития и использования современных ИТ в науке и образовании. Современные ИТ определяются как непрерывные процессы обработки, хранения, передачи и отображения информации, направленные на эффективное использование информационных ресурсов, средств вычислительной техники и передачи данных при управлении системами различного класса и назначения. ИТ оказывают влияние на все аспекты деятельности человека, существенно увеличивая степень автоматизации всех информационных процессов, что является предпосылкой для ускорения темпов научно-технического прогресса. Современные ИТ рассматриваются как активный инструмент и в образовательной сфере, и в сфере научных исследований, открывающий новые возможности и перспективы.
This work is devoted the roles of information technologies, to researches of problem of introduction, development and use of modern information technologies in science and education. Modern information technologies define as continuous processes of handling, storages, transmissions and of displaying information, directed on effective use of information resources, of tools of the computing engineering and communications of data at a management of the systems of different classes and purposes. Information technologies influence on all aspects of human activity, significantly increasing the degree of automation of information processes, which is a prerequisite for accelerating the pace of scientific and technological progress. Modern information technology is considered as an active tool in the educational sphere, and in the field of research, opening new opportunities and prospects.
