Abstract

Освещается практика работы повышения качества ремонтов на металлургических предприятиях за счет внедрения на них системы гарантийного ремонта оборудования. Предлагается методика расчета экономического эффекта от внедрения гарантийного ремонта, заложенная в основу системы материального поощрения за организацию повышения качества ремонтов.
The article presents the strategy of maintenance and repair service of the equipment at a metallurgical enterprise, which is based on equipment ranking by its importance for industrial-technological performance and minimization of risks. The expediency of carrying out of the major overhauls combined with reconstruction and modernization of the basic units on the example of a large metallurgical enterprise is shown.
