THE INTERNATIONAL RED CROSS COMMITTEE AND THE HUMANITARIAN ACTION
Abstract
The main directions of actual humanitarian operations are considered in this article. The Essence of the given action and its irreparable character is shown in this article. The role of International Red Cross Committee in hu-manization of conflicts and assisting the victims of military conflicts, terrorist acts and disasters are shown by the author.
