PROSPECTS FOR RECOVER AND PRESERVATION OF THE UNITY OF BELGIUM

Abstract

This article examines the prospects for exit of crisis and preservation of the unity of the Belgian statehood. The absence of a compromise between the different regional parties has caused a political crisis and the stumbling block in Belgian politics. Belgian federalism is not integrated language communities on the basis of a single national union. The crisis of nation-states illustrates the need to develop a new strategy of modernizing the Belgian model of federalism for the purpose disable breakdown of a nation-state in the heart of Europe.
