THE RELATIONSHIP OF RUSSIAN INSTITUTE OF COMMISSIONERS FOR HUMAN RIGHTS WITH PUBLIC AUTHORITIES
Abstract
In this article, based on analysis of a large factual material, the genetic relationship of the new element of political system of modern Russia - Institute of Commissioners for Human Rights with legislative authorities and executive bodies of State authority is considered. This institution, which appeared in the Russian Federation just over one and a half decades ago, began to play an important role in the interaction of state and civil society and in protecting the rights of Russian citizens in the recent years.
