USING ECONOMETRIC METHODS FOR ASSESSING THE TARGET-ORIENTED METHOD IN REGIONAL ECONOMIC POLICY (THE EXAMPLE OF КEMEROVO REGION)

Abstract

The article shows the possibility of using econometric methods for assessing the target-oriented method in regional economic policy on the example of Kemerovo region. Also the changes in volumes of Gross Region Product, changes in federal and regional purpose-oriented programme of development in the region are described in the article. Estimated rates of funding in federal and regional purpose-oriented programmes, which are necessary for reaching the planned Gross Region Product of Kemerovo region, specified in the Strategy of development of Kemerovo region till 2025 has been calculated.
