RETRACTED: THE PROCESSES OF GLOBALIZATION AND THE OWN LOGIC OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES

Abstract

RETRACTED ARTICLE

The paper provides a social philosophical analysis of the circumstances occurring in local communities under the influence of globalisation. The ways and forms of resisting to negative influence of global processes in local communities are revealed. The new social phenomena caused by global influence are defined. The scale of globalizing processes and the level of global relations and dependence relations interlacing in local communities in different co-operating fields are correlated, the level of network inclusion in the community’s field practice is described. Local communities are represented as topological spaces having various spatial logicians. Research allows perceiving the dimension of the local, measured in scaling, as starting system near to national and global. Local communities are represented not only as global designs of the local, but also as local designs of the global. Globalisation and localisation are represented as parallel processes in local communities. By means of an open statement of a community’s structural logic and of stating the reproductive practice of these structures, the strategy of strengthening the communities’ potential is developped.
