PHILOSOPHY: ITS MENTAL AND SOCIAL NATURE, MAIN HISTORICAL SEQUENCES

Abstract

Article raises questions about a nature of philosophical knowledge and main ways of its development. Philosophy is a form of intellectual activity of expert's communities. The subject of philosophy is deep mental difficulties and its essence is an increase the level of abstraction & reflection. The author reveals historical sequences of philosophy' development. There are cosmological sequence, gnoseologo-metaphysical sequence, scientific-philosophical sequence, ethical-philosophical sequence and religious-philosophical sequence.
