THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM BUSINESS THROUGH INFLUENCE ON THE INTEGRATION COMPONENT OF THE MATERIAL AND COMMUNICATION FACTOR

Abstract

The paper suggests considering the impact of integration processes in the context of the real estate market, the communications market and the investment market from a position of material and communication factor when elaborating programmes of tourism development. The author structured the diversity of factors that influence the development of tourism, which allowed highlighting the most significant ones. The study revealed the close relationship and interdependence of adjacent markets, such as the communications market, the real estate market and the market of services in the field of tourism, which, in spite of the apparent immutability, are very dynamic and complex a multi-level management objects. These components should be compiled into a Single Conception of integrated development of communications, real estate and investment tourism markets. The conception should be developed for all subjects of the Russian Federation and include a wide range of areas based on related positions, namely those of the state and the service sectors.
