CONSTITUTIONAL REGULATING PECULIARITIES OF ECOLOGIC-LEGAL RELATIONS IN SOUTH AMERICA COUNTRIES

Abstract

The paper considers the issues of constitutional regulating of ecologic-legal relations in South America countries. The authors note and distinguish the peculiarities and systematic character of solving the issues of environment protection in that region. Much attention is paid to the processes of constitutional legal norms ecologization. The research revealed that it is the originality and interpenetration of ethnic, ecologic, social, economic and political processes and relations that the South America population’s traditional attitude to the understanding of people’s relationship with the nature was formed.
