TO THE QUESTION OF UNIQUENESS OF THE INVESTIGATIVE COMMITTEE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Abstract
The paper focuses on the reform of the Russian bodies of preliminary investigation, in an attempt to justify the need to continue the reforms aimed at improving the effectiveness of the activities of these bodies, the creation of a single investigation committee, as well as focuses on the issues of improvement of legal regulation in this area.
