SPECIFICITY OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AS A SUBSYSTEM OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The research objective consists in studying the features of personnel management system in hospitality industrywhich was done within systemic-functional and comparative and descriptive approaches. During research inductive and deductive methods, methods of the analysis and synthesis were used. The scheme of a personnel management system is presented in the paper, types of staff policies in hotel enterprises are analysed. Attention is paid to identification of the purposes of human resource management in hotels. The spheres of activity of hotels HR departments are revealed and analysed.
