В настоящей работе рассмотрены некоторые российские политические и государственные институты с целью определения роли достижений научно-технического прогресса в современной демократии. Данная проблема стала актуальна лишь в последние десятилетия и еще не получила широкого развития в юридической науке и правоприменении.
The paper discusses some of the Russian political and public institutions in order to determine the role of scientific and technological progress in modern democracy. This issue became relevant in the recent decades and has not yet received extensive development in jurisprudence and law.
