Рассматривается информационная система мониторинга электронного обучения, предназначенная для комплексного информационно-аналитического обеспечения процессов мониторинга текущего уровня развития электронного обучения в вузах и уровня их потенциальной готовности к участию в межвузовских образовательных проектах, предполагающих применение ЭО. Приведены функции, структура и интерфейс системы. Описаны возможности по анализу данных.

The paper presents an information system of monitoring of e-learning in the higher education institutions, and intended for complex information and analytical ensuring processes of monitoring of the current level of development of e-learning in higher education institutions and level of their potential readiness for participation in the interuniversity educational projects assuming application of e-learning.
