Представлен теоретический анализ по проблеме формирования личностной готовности у студентов-­дефектологов к труду на новых и приграничных территориях Российской Федерации. Обеспечение новых территорий квалифицированными дефектологами сегодня является задачей стратегической важности, непосредственно влияющей на социальное благополучие граждан. Работа в приграничных регионах, находящихся в непосредственной близости от зоны специальной военной операции, предъявляет особые требования к специалистам: дефектологу в этих условиях необходимо совмещать коррекционную работу с компетенциями в области психологической помощи. Цель – выявить сущность и определить оптимальные пути формирования личностной готовности будущих дефектологов к профессиональной деятельности в новых и приграничных регионах Российской Федерации. На основе теоретического анализа описана структура личностной готовности и определен диагностический комплекс с опорой на ее структурные компоненты: мотивационно-ценностный, когнитивный, операционно-деятельностный и рефлексивно-­оценочный. В работе представлены результаты эксперимента, в которых отражены особенности личностной готовности будущих дефектологов к профессиональной деятельности в новых регионах России. Статья обобщает результаты исследования личностной готовности будущих дефектологов, определяя ее ключевые компоненты и предлагая пути их целенаправленного формирования для работы в условиях новых территорий.

Personal readiness is a diagnostic framework that relies on the following structural components: motivational-value, cognitive, operational-activity, and reflective-evaluative. This article provides a theoretical analysis of the development of students’ personal readiness for professional activity in Russia’s new frontier regions. Providing these new regions with qualified speech therapists is a strategic priority, directly impacting the social well-being of citizens. Since the frontier regions are in close proximity to the special military operation zone, therapists often find their roles expanding to include both speech correction and psychological aid. The experiment highlighted the personal readiness of pre-service speech therapists for professional activities in Russia’s frontier regions, making it possible to design a roadmap to help students acquire the resilience and professional skills needed for work in high-stress, volatile settings.
