Любые виды проявления насилия приводят к нарушению психического развития, психического здоровья личности и общества в целом. У людей, переживших в детстве психическую травму, может развиваться спектр различных симптомов, которые могут проявляться в виде комплексного посттравматического стресса (КПТС). Это формирует актуальность исследования КПТС в контексте привязанности. В статье приведены результаты эмпирического исследования проявления КПТС у людей с разными типами привязанности к матери. Теоретический объект – КПТС и его критерии (симптомы), которые диагностировались посредством ряда методик. Подход к их оценке представляет научную новизну исследования. Выборка исследования: 82 человека 32–60 лет, была разделена на две группы – основную (30 человек с КПТС) и группу сравнения (52 человека без его проявлений). Выявлено, что для людей с КПТС характерны амбивалентный и дезорганизованный типы привязанности. Получены психологические портреты для людей с разными типами привязанности, которые позволили сделать вывод, что описание амбивалентного и дезорганизованного типа напоминает описание человека с КПТС. Однако результаты статистики с использованием точного критерия Фишера показали значимые различия в преобладании дезорганизованного типа у людей с КПТС и не показали такового с амбивалентным. Можно предположить, что негативный детский опыт людей с амбивалентной привязанностью не является для них достаточно травматичным, чтобы привести к последствиям в виде КПТС. Выявленный преобладающий дезорганизованный тип привязанности с описанными личностными особенностями в эмоциональной сфере и сфере межличностного взаимодействия формирует мишеневые точки для оказания психологической помощи людям с КПТС.

Violence affects mental development and health. Childhood traumas trigger a range of different symptoms, which may manifest as a complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD). This empirical study focused on the correlation between CPTSD and the type of child-mother attachment. The experiment involved 82 people aged 32–60 y.o., 30 of which were diagnosed with CPTSD while 52 people served as control. Psychological profiling showed that the CPTSD group demonstrated ambivalent and disorganized types of child-mother attachment. However, the Fisher’s ratio test revealed no significant differences for the ambivalent type. Probably, in this case, the negative childhood experience was not traumatic enough to lead to CPTSD. The predominant disorganized type of child-mother attachment formed target points for providing psychological assistance to people with CPTS.
