Представлены результаты исследования, посвященного установлению своеобразия содержания адресованной достижению различных целей стратегии конкуренции в профессиональной деятельности у работающих субъектов с различной выраженностью перфекционистской направленности. Предложено определение перфекционистской направленности личности, основанное на представлениях о роли направленности в конкурентоспособности личности в профессиональной деятельности, предметном содержании направленности личности, а также имеющихся в литературе данных о предметном содержании перфекционизма и его различных типах и их взаимосвязи с мотивацией достижения и когнитивными установками. Многочисленные данные о связи типов перфекционизма с личностными особенностями субъектов, проявляющимися в ситуациях конкуренции, позволили предположить, что перфекционистская направленность личности выступает фактором построения стратегии конкуренции работающих субъектов. Эмпирическим объектом выступили 142 работающих субъекта (112 женщин, 30 мужчин) в возрасте от 19 до 62 лет. Описаны процедура выделения различных видов перфекционистской направленности на основе сочетания типа перфекционизма, мотивации достижения и когнитивных установок, а также критерии выделения Я-ориентированной и ориентированной на других перфекционистской направленностью. Установлено своеобразие содержания стратегии конкуренции у субъектов с Я-ориентированной перфекционистской направленностью и ориентированной на других перфекционистской направленностью, определены ведущие цели их стратегии конкуренции и содержание компонентов стратегии конкуренции по их достижению. Стратегия конкуренции по достижению цели демонстрация индивидуального стиля деятельности у субъектов с Я-ориентированной перфекционистской направленностью обусловлена внутренней мотивацией деятельности, проявляется в форме зависимости от других, однако критика и неодобрение с их стороны может негативно влиять на их стремление к цели. Стратегия конкуренции по достижению цели высокое качество деятельности у субъектов с ориентированной на других перфекционистской направленностью подкрепляется стремлением к безопасности и основывается на совершении стабилизирующих конкурентных действий. Для стратегий конкуренции обеих групп характерно снижение осознавания коллег как конкурентов при стремлении к данным целям.

The present research featured competitive strategy aimed at achieving different goals in professional activity of employees with different intensity of perfectionism. It resulted in a definition of perfectionism based on the role of personality orientation in competitiveness, the subject content of personality orientation, and available publications on the subject content of perfectionism, its types, and their relationship. The type of perfectionism depends on personal characteristics that manifest themselves in competitive environment. Therefore, perfectionist orientation shapes completive strategy in employees. The research involved 142 employees (112 women, 30 men) aged 19–62. The procedure for identifying various types of perfectionist orientation combined the type of perfectionism, achievement motivation, and cognitive attitudes. The paper also introduces criteria for distinguishing self-oriented and socially-oriented perfectionism. The main goal of competition strategy in subjects with self-oriented perfectionism was formulated as demonstration of individual work pattern, while in subjects with sociallyoriented perfectionism it was high quality of activity. The first appeared to be fuelled by the internal motivation and dependence on others. However, criticism and disapproval can affect the desire to achieve the goal. The second was fuelled by security reasons and resulted in actions aimed at retaining the achieved advantages. Both groups hardly saw colleagues as rivals.
